It’s someone spamming your site. Delete the comment ASAP, and find someone to either load MT-Blacklist for you, or learn how to yourself. Also, if you use SQL for your backend on your site, consider MT-CLose Comments, that’ll close entries if they haven’t been commented on for a long time.

Then, find out through his IP who is is, and send him a bill for advertising on your site. That’ll learn him.
